Demand Side Response Strategy
- Reduce Variable Speed Drives (VSD) speed controller set point from 45 Hz to 25 Hz on Supply and Extract Fans for four Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- Reduce VSD pump speed controller set point from 45 Hz to 25 Hz for chilled water pumps, constant temperature pumps and compensation pumps
- Increase temperature set point by 20C on two 115 kW multi-stage, air-cooled compressors on Building One’s chiller
- Increase temperature set point by 20C on two 160 kW multi-stage, air-cooled compressors on Building Two’s chiller
- Lake water system pump and return water feature pump to be maintained at 40%
