Scott has over 25 years’ experience in senior Sales, Marketing and Strategy roles in the energy and technology sectors. He was previously EMEA Sales Director for Software and Analytics at Honeywell and was responsible for leading the successful completion of the first UK Distribution Network Operator led, Demand Side Response project worth £30m, sponsored by Ofgem. Scott is responsible for devising and implementing OakTree Power’s business strategy as well as leading the company’s business development and partnering activities.
Peter has more than 25 years’ experience in financing renewable energy projects and was involved in structuring and arranging equity and debt for one of Britain’s first onshore wind farms financed with the original NFFO support mechanism. He has worked with a number of developers in energy storage, renewable generation and demand side management. Peter is responsible for developing OakTree Power’s funding plan and customer offering as well as leading the company’s commercial operations.
Paul has over 30 years’ experience in Information Technology leadership across multiple sectors including energy, property and defence. He has led large and small teams creating, managing and supporting innovative solutions to real-world challenges. Paul is responsible for devising and implementing OakTree Power’s Technology strategy.
Andreas Wiele is a highly experienced media and digital senior executive with an outstanding track-record, including several highly profitable PE-exits. Andreas is currently serving as Senior Advisor to KKRs Global TMT-business and to Marvel Fusion, the world’s leading company in developing clean fusion energy. During his 20 year-tenure on its executive board, Axel Springer has become the role model for a successful transition from a print publisher to Europe’s largest digital media company. Previously, Andreas held senior positions in the media industry in New York and Paris. Andreas earned a PHD in law at the University of Salzburg.
Guillaume Molhant Proost
Guillaume started his career as an investment banker at Salomon Brothers in the energy sector advising oil and gas and utilities companies in corporate finance including mergers and acquisitions, raising funds through the debt and equity capital markets, and privatisation mandates. He subsequently managed investment funds for institutional investors initially with a strong focus on merger arbitrage and event driven strategies and expanded further into private investments including early-stage ventures. His current private investment portfolio is focused on green technologies, new media, and lifestyle technology companies. Guillaume was appointed Counsellor in Economic Diplomacy for Belgium in the U.K. in 2013.
